I was totally new to BJJ and started along with my 2 sons in 2025. It’s been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We’re absolutely hooked and it’s improved our lives in many ways. Patrick, James, Joe and Henry are incredible coaches and have so much passion for what they do. You could not be in better hands. Everyone who trains with you makes you feel so welcome. We feel part of something very special.
If you’re thinking about having a go, don’t over think it. Just take that step and go for it. You will not regret it. 🤜
I travelled up to Newcastle for work and was looking for somewhere to train for the evening, I emailed Patrick beforehand and straight away he said to come down.
When I arrived I was quickly welcomed into the gym and had an absolutely awesome session coached by Joe, followed by some solid rolls. I even got a free cake ;).
I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train and I will be back next time i'm back in town.

Can’t recommend this club enough, my two kids both absolutely love it they look forward to it each week and thoroughly enjoy it when they are there. Really welcoming, so much fun, awesome teachers and a really great atmosphere.
This place and coach are awesome! The kids and I are loving the sessions every week. Patrick and Joe are super supportive and make sure everyone's happy when they leave the gym. Definitely recommend it! 👌👌
Absolutely brilliant club!
My daughter trains here and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Patrick, the head coach, is fantastic — knowledgeable, approachable, and great with kids. The environment is welcoming, disciplined, and fun, which is exactly what you want for young people starting their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey. My daughter has grown in confidence, fitness, and skill since joining. Highly recommended for anyone looking to train in a positive, family-friendly BJJ community.
