Alex Martinez welcomed my brother and I to an open mat and we had a great experience. We were visiting from Montana to come train at Blackfoot Jiu Jitsu and the team there was welcoming and an awesome group. I 100% recommend if you are looking for a place to start your training.

I am so happy I got into do a open mat with these guys. They were great to roll with. Happy I got to roll with Alex he is extremely knowledgeable with everything what was going on during our roll. Glad to see his gym progress with his white belts being eager onto learn.

I found Blackfoot Jiu Jitsu when I moved to the area. I looked at a few other places, but this was the only one I found offering a womens only class. The women in this class are amazing, they're incredibly supportive of each other, and all-around a fun group of ladies. Alex keeps the gym clean, and makes the atmosphere friendly and inviting, as well as keeping it a safe place to train.

Very clean facility. I started training over a year ago just to learn basics for defending myself. I love the environment for learning and it is very family friendly. Both our children train at Blackfoot Jiu jitsu and get the structure they need. The women’s class has been amazing for self defense and providing a safe and welcoming place for all ladies with any background and fitness level.
