My son has been going to Newmarket BJJ for about four months now, and we had a really great experience. The coaches are amazing with kids—patient, supportive, and very knowledgeable. They do a great job. The environment is welcoming, and you can tell the coaches really care about the kids and their progress. I would strongly recommend Newmarket BJJ to any parent looking for a great place for their child to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Been training at Newmarket BJJ for about a year now. Thiago and Camila have built an amazing family-oriented community, and all the coaches are equally as invested in the team and culture. Great place to train regardless of experience or age.

Newmarket BJJ is hands down one of the best academies around. The owners truly care, the coaches are top-notch, and the gym is always five-star clean. There’s a strong sense of community that makes everyone feel welcome from day one. The kids’ program is outstanding — they’re not just learning jiu-jitsu, they’re being trained to win gold medals with discipline, confidence, and heart. Highly recommend to families and competitors alike.

My kids have been training at Newmarket BJJ for about six months now, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first class, the instructors made them feel welcome, supported, and motivated to learn. What really stands out is the sense of community. The coaches take the time to connect with each child, encouraging them to push through challenges while always keeping the atmosphere positive and fun. You can tell they genuinely care about every student’s progress, both on and off the mats. We’re so grateful to be part of the Newmarket BJJ family. It’s more than just a martial arts school — it’s a community that builds strong, confident kids.

My daughters (ages 6 and 8) started training at Newmarket BJJ about 8 months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first day, we were welcomed with open arms by friendly, knowledgeable instructors and a wonderful community of kids. It’s been an incredibly positive environment for them to learn, grow, and have fun.
