Good afternoon Please be advised my son, will not be able to attend his classes this summer, most likely he will be back by start of school year. Please advise if he could freeze his membership or has to cancel.  Thanks Response: Hi Thank you for reaching out to us to pause your membership. Our membership structure is designed to maximize value for our members. While the pricing is based on two classes per week, you actually have unlimited access to classes every day. This model ensures that when some weeks or months are busier than usual, and members may not be able to attend as frequently, they can easily make up that value in future months. Additionally, we provide a courtesy month annually to accommodate personal circumstances such as vacations or injuries. Should there be an ongoing illness or injury affecting your membership, we will extend the freeze period with a doctor’s note. We hope this flexibility ensures that our members can always make the most of their membership. Based on our policy, we would be able to pause your membership for one month. The second month you will be billed as usual however as mentioned, you can easily make up those classes throughout the rest of your membership with us by attending an extra class throughout the week. If you wish to cancel your membership, looking at your membership agreement, you chose the "Month to Month 60 Day Cancellation Notice Membership". This means that for a lower membership price, the member agrees to commit to 60 days or 2 billing cycles after giving notice to cancel. That would mean two more payments (July 10th and August 10th) and gym access until September 10th. In addition, if you were to cancel and wish to return back to us, your membership rate would not be guaranteed as membership prices have gone up since you joined us in 2024. Based on our policies, your membership terms, and your desire to resume classes in the fall, I would recommend pausing for the month of July, continuing the membership from August, and doing your best to attend some additional classes throughout the school year to get full value of your membership. This way you keep your membership rate and get a one month break from billing. I hope that this explanation was thorough and clear. If you have any further questions please let me know or give us a call. Please let me know how you would like to proceed and I will make sure it is reflected on your billing. Kind regards, Sydney

As soon as I walked through the door I was met with Coach Lionel. What a fantastic first impression. He has one of the strongest presence in confidence I have met in a person in a long time. It takes a lot to impress me as I myself have a big personality. He was able to connect with my son instantly and show caring, authority and trust immediately. He was also very respectful as well as direct in a strong and gentle manner when introducing himself to me. What a great example of how a leader should show up. My son was too tired to even talk back to me tonight on the way home after his first time trying out beginners boxing with Coach Pete. It was an instant mood changer to positivity land for me. I know I sound cheezy but let me have my win please. My son really took to boxing and is really excited about continuing his journey here. I like the fact that he also has the opportunity to try other forms of sports if he chooses to as the gym offers BJJ, MT and sparring. I don't remember all the details but it's on the website. I was looking for a great mentorship for my son and a cool place for teens to turn to men with a twist of the 80s old school boxing gym vibe for a great workout. Fun fact...I am actually a Spartan woman so this gym just screams it for us. Lol. I visited in between classes I was also able to engage with a handful of coaches who were all equally welcoming and engaging towards me and excited to be there for the kids and the adults of this gym. Everyone was very positive and very interested in maintaining a high level of caring, high level of awareness on how to treat others and a high level on what it means to maintain a safe place to grow into one's self. Last but not least are the ladies who take care of running the front of the house. Melissa has such a powerful mother of the house ambiance. She is fun and is very proud of the accomplishments she has seen through out her time spent with the Academy. In fact her son Mike was mentored by Coach Pete and has been recognized around the world for his accomplishments. He is also part owner. I got way more than I expected walking through these doors and I couldn't wait to share how lucky I feel that my son gets to experience having highly experienced coaches train him. I really should speak more about who the coaches are because they really are real winners recognized and highly regarded in their arenas and specialties. Being a parent to teenagers has been a little challenging lately which is normal. It's how I am choosing to help my son and introduce him to the right opportunity that I feel will make a difference in the outcome for our relationship. I really put a lot of thought into this review because I wanted to share something I feel deeply will help my family become stronger. I really recommend this academy for any parent who wants to see there child learn to love them self and potentially save your relationship with your child.

The coaches are good, and there's a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. HOWEVER,BE AWARE :YOU NEED TO START YOUR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION PROCESS AT LEAST 5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, AS THEY TEND TO FIND WAYS TO CONTINUE CHARGING YOU.
