Oh, I couldn’t recommend this gym more!! the Cardio kickboxing program was the best work out I’ve had probably ever. I used to go to other generic gyms and try to walk treadmills and stuff, but it was never THIS satisfying. This was an amazing work out, and I’m not very active at all. The trainer (and everyone, really.) was amazing and super encouraging. I’ve never kick boxed before, but I’m definitely coming back!! Their 3 day free trial is an absolutely amazing deal!! Make sure to bring a water bottle! Also thank you to Patrick for being nice and answering my questions!!! I’d recommend this gym a thousand times over.

I absolutely love this gym! Muay Thai was completely new to me. Being in my late forties and out of shape, I was nervous about starting something new and outside my comfort zone. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with WKA. Everyone has been kind, helpful and encouraging. I cannot express enough how much I love this gym and how great my experience with them has been.

I signed up for 3 free trial classes. There was no catch, no hard sell or pressure. Just a great class with a lot of accommodating people. Being new and out of shape I was worried I may be met with some disdain but nothing could be further from the truth. The instructor was informative and the partner he paired me with was incredibly patient. I would highly recommend that anyone thinking about giving some form of martial arts a try to do it here. I will be coming back to finish my remaining 2 free classes. And will be continuing on after that. The pricing is extremely reasonable and, the classes are flexible, and it's a great workout.

The coach was very informative and patient with beginners. He made sure we were performing each move correctly and allowed us to start at a slower pace. Even the more advanced students I trained with were very helpful and patient as I am a new comer. I will definitely be returning.

The Coach is amazing, very patient with beginners as well as knowledgeable to being able to get the beginner up to speed quickly. The overall culture and community of the gym is very high level.
