Top Level Martial Arts is outstanding. I attended Kendall’s 11 am Nogi Open Ranks class. Kendall is an excellent teacher. He is thorough and practical, teaching all the important details of high percentage moves. He’s also patient and just a fantastic teacher in general. He made sure we all understood, never rushed us, and kept the class engaging. I’m in my 50s and was the oldest guy by far, but I had excellent, safe rolls with a bunch of really good, really athletic younger guys. Everyone was there to train and get better so there were no egos. My favorite way to gauge a gym is if I get to roll with a coach or owner. I stayed for the open mat and got to roll with Kendall and the owner Chris. They could’ve tapped me every few seconds, but they pace-matched and let me work on my game. Then they kindly answered all my questions after. Great guys - great gym - great experience. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out Top Level Martial Arts.
Posted 1 year agoI can't recommend Bill Jones and Top Level Martial Arts highly enough! Bill’s teaching style is both engaging and effective; he breaks down complex techniques into easily digestible parts, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their skill level, can grasp the fundamentals and build confidence. His passion for Jiu Jitsu is infectious, and he genuinely cares about the progress of each student. The class was well-structured, challenging, and incorporated a mix of technique, drilling, and sparring.
Posted 1 year agoThe instructors here that I’ve met for the kids jiu-jitsu classes are all very professional, and kind, yet disciplined and structured with the kids. My child has been really excited to attend every week since joining. The staff here make safety and cleanliness a top priority as well. Pleasant experience all around. I highly recommend Top Level for yourself (at any age) and definitely for your children.

Posted 1 year agoTop Level is a very well run martial arts academy. They offer a wide schedule, great coaches that each bring different skills to the table, and a warm welcoming community. I've been going here for a few weeks now and have zero regrets!!
