Highly recommend Victorum! Our boys have been going for years and my nephew recently started who is special needs, the care and patience the coaches put into these kids is phenomenal! My sister was hesitant to put my nephew in jiu jitsu because of his special needs, but after one trial class, that completely changed her mind after seeing how the coaches and other students treat each other!
Incredible location. Very clean facility and professional dedicated staff. The owner Frank is here everyday and deeply involved in classes and instruction. Fantastic discipline yet still super fun for kids and adults. I highly recommend Victorum.
Highly! Highly recommend! Great family environment. Professors take the time to mentor on and off the mat. Coaches are patient yet reinforce respect and boundaries. Parents and significant others are very supportive to eachother and the competitors. If you have littles, there is a level of expectations for success in school and at home with an emphasis on good character and respect shown to parents and the community as a whole. Overall an organization founded in family values and personal growth. Very much recommend for any age but littles especially! You will not be disappointed!
I am very grateful to be a part of this organization. I joined to put my 8 year old girl and 5 year old boy through training that I couldn’t provide myself. It is extremely good and not just the Jui-Jitsu itself but also the teaching of preparation. The handling of there uniforms, there hydration, there hygiene and punctuality. It reminds me of what I did in the military. It is instilling in the kids discipline. I would also like to mention that this organization attracts like minded parents, It is a very pro family organization. Now the Jui-Jitsu itself is really great because what I see is that the training is translating very well into the competitions because there are a lot of victories under there belt. Absolutely no regret from me and I look forward to a very long relationship.

My son has been training jiu jitsu for 10+ years. Since joining Victorum a few years ago, his jiu jitsu has improved immensely. Coaches are top notch!! Victorum Athletics is a family friendly gym with classes for both adults and kids. They offer jiu jitsu with and without gi, wrestling. They will be opening a second location in Palmdale this fall.

My daughter has been training at Victorum since November of 2023 only 6 months and my daughter has learned so much, the coaches are great! I definitely recommend Victorum Athletics, everyone here is so friendly from staff to the parents that take their children to train. A place where you train, and also make new friends.
The gym has a great environment and the staff is unlike any other. The black belts and coaches on the mat are very attentive to myself and the other students as well. There are at least 2-3 black belts on the mat at all times. I love training here!

This gym is exactly what my daughter wanted. Our experience here is something we always look forward to. The staff is great and the coaches are patient and helpful. Guardians of the kids can sit at tables and wifi is provided, so I can get work done while my daughter is on the mat. Highly recommended!

My son has been a student at Victorum for a year now and I have experienced his growth and maturity since the very first class he took. I greatly appreciate the way all of the coaches take their role seriously and not only teach the students the necessary skills to learn BJJ, but they also make a great effort to get to know each student individually and make each one feel seen and valued. I was very careful about the gym which I chose for my son as I knew it would impact my son greatly and I am thankful I didn’t settle for another gym. I can also share from experience that the adult classes are amazing and I appreciate that the coaches work with you separately to teach you the fundamentals and slowly transition you into the more advanced class. We have 2 girls training at VICTORUM. My favorite attribute of this gym is the expectation of excellence! The students are trained, coached and encouraged into competing with excellence and perseverance! It’s beautiful to watch! The facility is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. The instructors expect the members to train hard and there are great role models for the youngsters. My grandson loves to train at Victorum and looks forward to every session.
Amazing establishment for you and your children to train Jiu Jitsu at especially when your passionate about the sport. Staff is amazing couldn't ask for better service when you walk in I always recieve a friendly greeting when I arrive with my son and the professors here are amazing with adults and kids. If you're looking for a place to push you beyond your limits and sharpen your skills while maintaining the upmost discipline this place is prefect for you and your children. I definitely couldn't see myself training anywhere else or my children.

What an amazing place to train I have been here five years and I can give a good reivew. If you wanna get in shape and learn some good self defence Victorum has that. If you want hard training and wanna compete they have that. Frank is a veteran and 1 of 3 black belt owners at the school. I'm also a veteran and I can say 1st hand that his school helped me allot with my PTSD and anxiety. So much so I'm off most all meds for it. A great kids program even better adult program you name it they have it here and you can see when you see how many members they have if you are looking for good training great people and a good home for you're jiujitsu ease stop by if ur nevrious when show up ask for me Sean and I'll show you around. :)
Professor Frank and Richie are amazing instructors! The class setup is great for actually retaining the moves they teach. Always clean and everyone is friendly. Would definitely recommend for beginners looking to get into shape and learning something useful at the same time. You won’t regret it.
I have to say that this is by far the best place to train for BJJ in the AV. Professional staff that actually care about your BJJ journey. Coach Zack and coach Christina are amazing teachers and my kids love them. The administration is awesome and professor Frank is the best. He truly cares about his students and their development! Highly recommend trying this place out before you go with any other.
As a parent going through Covid this whole year has been tough having a household with 5 boys and myself and husband working this is really a great atmosphere for the kids to learn discipline and interact and make new friends! This Gym has went above and beyond with my son Kalani being one month in not only has his confidence as grown but also lost a couple of pounds now being members for a month with my 7 year old Kalani we enrolled our 8 year old Damian! He to is growing the passion for the mat! We are grateful for the coaching staff with coach Christina coach Zack and coach Anthony and new coach James! Also to Professor frank and his family and coach Richie we feel at home at this establishment! Thank you to the Whole Victorum Company for showing us humbleness!!

My daughter has done other sports here in the AV, but this place is the best! The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is very clean, and the professors are great at teaching BJJ. My daughter has learned so much since she started attending this facility. She is always looking forward to attending class and she has acquired great physical fitness endurance and discipline. By far, this gym is one of the BEST, most welcoming jiujitsu gyms I have ever joined! Whether you are brand new or have years of experience, I HIGHLY recommend you check this place out. Everyone (staff and students) is very respectful, do their best to make you feel comfortable and part of their family. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and ensures the safety of all students (kids and adults). Whatever situation you may be dealing with (financial problems, long commutes from work/home, or schedule conflicts), the staff here are more than happy to work with you. They are the reason why I wake up wanting to come back to practice the next day. If I could give this gym more than a 5 star rating, I definitely would.
Best place to learn and train BJJ in the AV! The coaching staff is awesome and the members are extremely inviting. I felt at home on day one and continue to feel like we're all one big family every time I walk into the gym. Even if you are an older adult like me and just want to stay in shape Victorum is a great place to shed the lbs and gain valuable life skills.
I can’t say enough good things about Victorum! The facility is always clean and well taken care of. The instructors are well trained and are great about breaking things down so everyone understands what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. The kids classes are not only about teaching the kids position and technique but they learn patience, strength and courage which benefits their confidence on and off the mat. I moved to Lancaster a few years ago and had no friends or family within a 300 mile radius. I never thought of Lancaster as "home" until this past year and Victorum Athletics is a part of that. Fast forward to today... my little girl left the gym happy and proud of a few skills she's been working on, a handful of valentine's day grams from friends, a Darth Vader sticker from coach Frank and a sad face all because her "me time" is over. As for me, I've finally made a few adult friends (SAHM problems) and am very happy that I finally found a sport my little girl actually loves! Did I mention they have coffee? From the well kept facility, the family-oriented vibes, to the coaches and professors...this place is absolutely amazing. The passion the coaches have for their craft shows. They truly take the time to get to know their students and tailor the program to each individual's skill level. As a USAF Veteran and a Wounded Warrior Project alumni, their active support for Mission 22 also resonates deeply for me. If for a minute you think this review is completely fabricated -- you're right. I struggled to find the right words to describe how awesome this place is without writing a novel and how humbling it is to have met such amazing owners/human beings (Frank and Lynda). It took me about an hour to write this and that comes to show how dedicated I was to convince you that there is no other BJJ school out there better for you and your fam...and being a SAHM of hyper toddlers has made it almost impossible. =P
My son is in the youth program and he loves it. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the coaches really take the time to help the kids that are new so that they can build a good foundation for the sport. If you’re looking for a jujitsu place I would definitely recommend trying Victorum.

My 15 year old son wanted to try a new sport so I signed him up here. A few months later they offered a free women’s self defense clinic. I attended that and was instantly hooked. I am currently in the women’s self defense program along with my sister. We are learning great things to help us protect ourselves should the need ever arise. The facility is very welcoming, clean, and supports family inclusivity. The owners are loving and kind. They truly put their members at top priority. I would highly recommend this sport under their leadership to everyone.
