    One of those little known gems in the AV. You don’t need to go far for expert coaching. Highly recommend for both adults and especially kids. Teaching life skills on the mats that transcend beyond just teaching Jiu Jitsu - confidence, resilience and coordination.

    I had the opportunity to train at 10th Planet while in town for work, and it was an awesome experience. I typically train Gi in San Diego, so this was my first time diving into the nogi game. I attended both the beginner and advanced classes back-to-back, both taught by Jimmy. His instruction was highly technical and incredibly thorough—he really takes the time to break things down in a way that’s easy to understand and apply. What stood out the most was the welcoming atmosphere. Jimmy was extremely gracious and even offered for me to train there for the remainder of my work trip. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely be stopping by again. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to level up their No-Gi game!

    Our kids love 10th planet. They have been going for over a year and they have improved so much! Coach Jimmy is so patient, kind yet stern with all the kiddos. It’s the perfect balance! If you are considering taking your kids or even for yourself. This is the spot!!

    I'm a brown belt who usually trains in northern California. This has become my place to train when I visit Palmdale. The coaches and students have been incredibly welcoming, and I always step away with a new piece of knowledge. If you are in the AV and want the best no-gi, come train here. You'll love it.
