I take my son here 1- 3 times a week and the instructors are incredible. My son loves coming here. In less than 1 year I’ve seen him build discipline, confidence, composure and friendships.

About a month into my bjj journey and I'm loving it. Best workout I've ever had. The instructors have great cues for instructing complete novices. The colored belts know just how much resistance to give when rolling.

There are 3 things that I look for anytime I go to a jiu jitsu gym. Quality of instruction, good community, and cleanliness. Valko has all 3. Will definitely be returning here!

My son started here a month ago and he absolutely loves it. He’s a better listener at home, gaining more confidence and I can’t say enough great things about Valko. All the staff are so friendly and so family oriented. I definitely picked the right place when reviewing many others in the area. I love how easy it was to sign up on the website.

The best place to train jiu jitsu hands down. Great instructors, huge mat, good training partners and a fun place to be.
