  Best place to train I’ve personally trained there mauy Thai and boxing sinc ethe place use to be etk north shore and become really good mates with the owner and very very friendly people so don’t be shy to come on down if you wanna train for any sport or you have a boxing or mauy Thai fight coming up just come on in if you need boxing let Craig know and also I think there is boxing at urban sports now!

  Been training here for close to a month now and been to quite a lot of other gyms around the country and love the vibe here. The owner/coach Greg is a good coach and has a good sense of humor also.

  Best Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu gym on the shore. If you are looking for just fitness or to improve your combat/Self Defence skills I highly recommend you to come visit Greg and the Team ! World class instruction and super friendly atmosphere. They have class for everyone from children to adults, women classes, private classes, fighters classes, fitness etc...Awesome place to train ! Oss!
