⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We discovered this gym not long after it first opened, after our kids were members of another gym nearby, where they'd winge and whine every time about having to go. Since joining this gym, that’s completely changed! Now my kids are enjoying the classes, they love learning, training, and being part of a local community group while making friends along the way and learning alongside the friends they’ve made in the classes. What I love most is that it’s not just for fighters. United is a place for everyone parents, kids, and families alike. The Saturday morning open mat classes mean anyone can join in, with their kids, friends, or partners, or simply meet new people who become friends. You train to learn new skills, for fitness and become part of a supportive local community. United is a place where kids (and adults) build confidence, practice respect, patience, discipline, teamwork, and most importantly, gain valuable self-defence skills they can carry through life. People assume it’s just about fighting, it’s not. It’s so much more than that. Grab a friend and give it a go!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My son absolutely loves his Muay Thai classes! Coach Jay is incredible with the kids patient, encouraging, and makes every session fun while still challenging them to grow. We’ve seen such a boost in our son’s confidence and skill since starting; he’s learning discipline and respect while having a great time. Couldn’t recommend Coach Jay and the team more highly!

We attend the tiny tigers sessions for our three & four year old with coach Jay. We couldn’t recommend them enough. Great with the kids not only training wise but also discipline.

My boys 4 & 6 years love the Tiny Tigers class at United Muay Thai and MMA! The coaches (Jay) are so good with the kids — super patient, fun, and full of energy. They make every session exciting while still teaching focus, confidence, and good habits. It’s the perfect mix of play and learning. The whole place has such a welcoming, family vibe too. Highly recommend for any parent with a busy little one who loves to move!

We absolutely love the Muay Thai and jiu jitsu classes here! My kids have gained so much more than just skill — they’ve developed discipline, respect, and confidence. The coaches are amazing at breaking down technique in a way that caters to all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced students. What really stands out is the family atmosphere — everyone is made to feel welcome and supported. You can tell the trainers genuinely care about each student’s progress both on and off the mats. It’s such a positive environment where kids learn hard work, focus, and teamwork while having fun. Highly recommend to any family looking for a great martial arts community!

Been with united muai Thai for nearly a year now me and my two sons! Jay and Jo both have a good mixture of muai Thai and BJJ so it's good to be taught buy such great people, This gym offers training for all ages from 3y old and up. I couldn't recommend anyone enough to get themselves or there kids into training with this gym specifically, it has nothing but a family vibe!
