I have my 7yr old daughter in this school and she is progressing at a very fast pace. She is learning about discipline and commitment. She looks forward to coming to the training everyday.

This is the best place for self defense. I have been taking boxing, muay thai, and jiu jitsu all of the coaches are great. If you want to work out your cardio this is the place for you. Weight loss has never been easier.

Always a great place to come to. Coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. Just as importantly, they encourage students to ask questions and ensure everyone is acknowledged while still pushing everyone to be the best they can be. Couldn’t find a more welcoming yet challenging place to be a part of.
This facility is a hit with my kids! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in their approach. I highly recommend them! Hector, in particular, was very welcoming and informative.

The coaches are really knowledgeable and patient! It’s always a great workout and pretty affordable in my opinion. Class is always great and I leave with a great workout and more knowledge with every training session. I thoroughly recommend this training gym!! They offer muay thai, jiu jitsu, karate, and boxing so there’s a little something for everyone!!

Los mejores Coaches que puedes encontrar en El Valle, lo recomiendo muchisimo yo practico Muay Thai con El Coach Quintero y cuando puedo tambien practico Box con El Coach Cabazos, ademas ofrecen clases de Jujitsu, Karate y Cross Fit. Tambien ofrecen Horarios Para niños en todas las edades despues de 5 años y lo que mas me gusta es que durante el entrenamiento estan al tanto de ti y no en El telefono Como en otras academias que me a tocado ir.
Great academy for adults and kids. My boys have trained juijutsu and karate and the instructors are great! I've been training boxing for almost 3 years and coach Hector is awesome and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

Great gym, I’ve been a student at this gym for almost two years and I highly recommend this gym to train Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai. I recently started bringing my daughter to the children Jiu Jitsu Classes and she loves it. The instructor keeps her engaged and she is learning so much. Excellent gym!!!

My daughter began taking jiu jitsu classes here and she absolutely loves it. The coach’s train different age groups and offer a variety of classes to take. I can’t stress enough how I truly love that I can work out meanwhile my daughter trains. Cross training classes are available to adults along with boxing meanwhile your little one does karate or jiu jitsu. I truly feel like family coming here.
