  The instructor is very qualified, patient, and has great technical knowledge of the sport. I would highly recommend him as an instructor to anyone who would be at all interested. Norse Academy is easily worth 5 stars for the price, instructor, and lessons being taught.

  They always make our family feel at home. Positive, fun, encouraging, and a great learning atmosphere for kids. Adult class is challenging for all fitness levels and experience. Very diverse group of students, all ages, women included. Our whole family is hooked.
