The instructors make you feel like you are family and they have dedicated their whole lives to passing on their extensive knowledge of martial arts to the community. Easy location, fair prices and expert instruction. Particularly good for children who want to learn confidence, self-discipline and have inspirational mentors.

  Roots Erskinville is a fantastic place to learn BJJ! The classes are thoughtfully planned and well conducted. With large mat space and high celling facilities, there is plenty of breathing space. Would highly recommend training here!

  Prof. Trefon has been training my husband and kids for many years now at ROOTS BJJ Erskineville. It has all the amenities that you want in a training center, but the one thing that differs from the rest is the family unity you get here at ROOTS BJJ Erskineville. Prof. Trefon’s dedication to his students exceeds above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for bringing out the confidence and courage in my girls and the honour and respect in my boys. My youngest (3YO) can’t wait to join the family. Highly recommend ROOTS BJJ Erskineville.
