Fantastic experience! Harry and the team create a welcoming environment. All levels are welcome and the coaches take time to make sure that everyone learns, everyone participates and that everyone trains safely. All classes are programmed with a purpose. Clean mats, clean bathroom/shower areas and close to cafes and public transport

I recently joined Kick Punch Submit and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere and an amazing community. Head Coach Harry is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled (you can’t get better grappling training anywhere else in Sydney😂), with a wealth of experience as a martial artist, his and the other coaches at KPS teaching style is technical, engaging and supportive, ensuring that everyone regardless of their skill level feel both comfortable and motivated to improve. Something else which is unique about this martial arts academy is that it is open 24/7. I love this as you are able to train and use the gyms facilities even if you aren’t able to attend classes during the allocated times for classes. If you’re looking to learn or improve your martial arts skills or even enhance your fitness, I highly recommend Kick Punch Submit.

Kick Punch Submit is hands down the best martial arts academy I’ve ever experienced. Their grappling instruction is phenomenal , and the friendly team also offers fantastic lessons in boxing and kickboxing. Coach Harry’s laid-back approach, combined with the expertise of the entire team, creates an environment where learning is not only effective but also incredibly enjoyable. Whether you’re new to martial arts or looking to hone your skills, Kick Punch Submit is the place to be. Highly recommended!
