  I just joined from the Hills area; absolutely love this gym and the martial arts classes. Also, the random lil pick me ups (a free drink, free deodorant) are something you won’t find elsewhere.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Coaches are engaging and want to see you improve. Good selection of weightlifting and athletic equipment. Classes are geared toward the average level of the class which is usually beginner. Great choice if you want a bit of everything.

  Used to be an okay gym, but has drastically gone downhill. Lockers, toilets, music not working. Almost no mats and only super thick training bands. No hand sanitizer or cleaning liquid/clothes. Worst of all is that they now don’t staff it until 9am and the top level is closed where open area work including gymnastics and interval training can be done. There is nowhere to stretch on the first level, let alone a roller or anything useful. And no air conditioning it seems now either! Terrible, either run it properly or close it.

  It’s a great gym! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall vibe is good! It’s not crowded like other ones which is a huge plus for me.
