Fantastic experience! I was in town for business and was looking for a place to train. Professor Richard + team ran a great class. Great instruction on breaking a tough half guard and super fun rolls with the team. Would recommend!

Very profesisonal. After 4 classes, me as a beginner makes tons of mistakes and the coach always pay attention and makes sure every mistake is corrected. I like the atmosphere, the energy, everyone is focused on martial art.

Best gym I've ever been to! The opportunity to train with a UFC veteran is amazing. Being taught by Mitch, Amber and Monkey is amazing and they've created a great atmosphere! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sudbury!!!

These guys just love to train and have fun doing it. I have nothing but great things to say. Don't let yourself be intimidated by the pedigree of the world class instructors, everyone is welcome to learn and train here. Families and newbies included. I know I'll be training here for a long time.

I absolutely love training with Troop! I've trained at other places in Sudbury and can honestly say that you would be doing yourself a disservice by training anywhere but Troop MMA. Being a female in martial arts, I found that the Troop are always so welcoming and accepting. I couldn't imagine being part of any other academy.
