Great place to train. Everyone works hard, and all the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Does seem intimidating at first especially as a woman, but everyone here is amazing.

I’ve already reviewed the second location, but this one deserves its own spotlight. This is the original Trillium MMA location — and it’s actually where I first came. Even though the other spot is more convenient for me now, this place will always have a special place. This is where I met some incredible people. Real ones. The kind of training partners who push you, support you, and make you better without ego or attitude. No weird energy, no chest-puffing — just good people who genuinely love the craft. Again, whenever I'm asked to recommend a combat-centric gym, this is it!

Great facilities with great coaching. Jiu Jitsu instruction is like nothing else in the city and will have you improving more quickly and having more fun along the way.

Love this gym so much! The staffs are very friendly, the coach is very professional and encouraging. It’s usually hard for me to be consistent in my work outs but since I signed up for my first class I’ve been coming every week. The kickboxing class gives you a good sweat, highly recommended! Bonus, this place is super clean!
