This gym is such a welcome place for children to develop discipline, skills, and enjoy being on the mat. We had an amazing experience with Coach Erin and her team. It was great to watch the older children mentor and train the younger. Great work by Travis and Erin!

I was in the DFW area recently and did a drop in at this gym. They were/are very welcoming. They also had adult classes on a Saturday morning which was difficult to find in the area. Very polite instructors and I rolled with all levels while I was there. Great people.

They have a pretty solid women’s team with upper belts. The facility is clean and easy to access. The space is made for competitors with an emphasis on strength and speed.

You will find no better gym in the metroplex! The team environment and support from others training is amazing. The coaches are second to none and take the time to really help you understand and enjoy martial arts. This is a great competition gym and the coaches and your team will push you to your limits so that you can challenge yourself on and off the mats. I will proudly represent this gym anywhere!

I've been training here for 12 years. You get to roll with some of the best people in jiu-jitsu, including world champions and professional fighters.
