We recently signed our 3 year old daughter up for classes and we LOVE it here. We are brand new to jiu jitsu and Coach Tommy was welcoming and super helpful. He is so patient with the kiddos and takes him time with each student.

My son is new to Third Dimension Jiu Jitsu, and our experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. From the very first time I reached out, Coach and owner Tommy was incredibly responsive and welcoming. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and his patience and professionalism truly stood out. Coach Tommy introduces the art of jiu jitsu with such grace and intention—it’s clear he’s not just teaching techniques, but also instilling values. His approach creates a positive and respectful learning environment that’s perfect for students of all levels. The establishment itself is very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate. What makes this place truly special, though, is the strong sense of community. The members and families here share values like respect, discipline, mental development, physical fitness, and self-defense. It’s a space where growth is encouraged both on and off the mat. We’re so glad we found Third Dimension and are excited for the journey ahead!

Third Dimension Jiu Jitsu has been incredible for our 4 year-old son. There has been so much growth in his confidence since starting here. Coach Tommy is knowledgeable and exudes patience with the little ones. The community inside this gym has been nothing short of supportive and welcoming. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Been training Jiu-Jitsu for 15yrs and have been in many many rooms, with a lot of different people. I must say, this is one of the better rooms I've been a part of!! Tommy is very knowledgeable and teaches great/practical techniques (none of that McDojo nonsense 🙄) and the rest of the crew is absolutely awesome. Very humble and welcoming, made me feel like I was part of the crew for years lol. Most definitely making another visit! 🥋

The environment here is wonderful. Folks are friendly, instructors are great, and it feels like community as opposed to going to a globogym. Friendly to all ages and skill levels. Its always a good time on the mats.
