Paid $20 for an intro session specifically for BJJ but was given kickboxing instead. The session lasted less than 10 min with minimal instruction. Would recommend confirming what type of training you'll actually receive before paying.

Great place, great people, good workout if you come consistently and try to work out. This place is more oriented towards getting fit with their KB beginner's program (I have not tried Jiu-Jitsu with them, so I can't comment on that) and it takes a while before getting to the sparring (Pro) program, requiring the applicant to pass a few practical tests.

I'm new to the GATINEAU area so I went in to check this place out. Set up a tutorial which they charge you for, cool no problem. I showed up on the day of the tutorial. The receptionist took all my information and the payment and said to have a seat and one of the trainers will come get me, cool no problem. Without telling anyone that I'm there for the tutorial she went back to texting so I waited around for 20 mins with no one even acknowledging me or asking any question. Eventually the owner said something and then the trainer that came to get me was mad at me for being late. Meanwhile I was there half hour ahead of schedule with no one even acknowledging me. Then another trainer says to I'm waiting for you with attitude. Through the whole tutorial that particular trainer was acting like why are you here. Forget about asking any questions because the two trainers couldn't answer any questions I asked. So the tutorial ended no one said bye or did you even enjoy the tutorial nothing. All I got was dirty looks from the trainer. Who I felt like he wanted to only be with the person that was in the tutorial with me . I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed for waste my time and money. I'm sure there's better places in GATINEAU to train at. For me was one of most waste of time place I have visited. I don't like leaving bad reviews but it's not cool to treat people like that. I should know because I'm a business owner and I wouldn't let anyone get treated like that in my place of business.

Great place to train. The staff are competent and respectful. The ambiance in general is very pleasant and supportive. My child also loves it there.
