  I’ve trained with Gary and been coached by him in the over-40s group, and he’s genuinely one of the best instructors I’ve met. His passion for BJJ is clear, and he creates a welcoming, positive atmosphere for everyone. Gary’s teaching is technical, patient, and motivating. With his new academy opening in Huntington, anyone looking to start or return to BJJ should definitely check it out. Highly recommended!

  Gary brings the perfect blend of skill, patience, and genuine care for the people he trains. His teaching is clear and purposeful, and the atmosphere he creates is always welcoming. I’m really excited to see him open his new BJJ academy in Huntingdon — anyone who trains with him is in very good hands. I’ll definitely be dropping in whenever I’m nearby to get some rolls in and support what I know will become an amazing place to train.

His technical knowledge, teaching ability, and genuine passion for Jiu Jitsu make him stand out, and he’s one of the most respected members of the Tōukon team.
