  The Self-Defence Academy runs excellent Krav Maga classes for various ages and skill levels. The atmosphere is welcoming, and classes are led by an expert instructor who clearly explains, demonstrates and helps to practice different types of self-defence. Following a Krav Maga syllabus, the sessions include sparring, exercises, drills and technical defences against various types of attacks. It’s a great Club for anyone looking to learn effective self-defence while improving overall fitness.

  Jack is great. Very easy to talk to and willing to tailor to what you need. I booked lessons for my husband who is loving Jack's teaching. Just watching his technique is very impressive. I use a wheelchair and Jack will be teaching me some skills too. I highly recommend him

  The self defence academy were extremely professional from our first conversation. My daughters had a number of sessions with their friends to start them on their self defence journey. They were inspired immediately. A tough crowd being teen girls but Jack was incredible, they were all kept fully engaged, excited to learn more. Thank you for the teaching the girls some important skills and we look forward to more lessons soon.

  Fantastic club to join if you are interested in learning Krav Maga/self defence. Jack the instructor is very friendly and I have found him very welcoming and great at teaching. This is suitable for all ages male or female and you will walk away from your 1st lesson with more knowledge than you would expect. I am now hooked and look forward to progressing in Krav Maga.
