  Such a great, clean, professional Gym, I can train by myself or in a group, you even get your own locker! Also great for the kids with the Kids programme they have. Definitely recommend.

  Absolutely Amazing instruction at this gym , passionate teachers, I've been training BJJ for over 7 years and recently moved to this Gym , having visited many clubs . This club is an excellent facility and the teaching comes from established BJJ And MMA GYMS in the Heart of our great capital, they travel out to teach us in BUCKS and it makes a big difference to the quality of instruction you could reasonably expect in Bucks , I greatly apricated it. They have a range of class's all of them quality , I would like to see more people joining as its a far better way to stay in shape then just solo training .

  Excellent facilities with great coaching staff. Russell really looked after both me and my kid. His knowledge and coaching techniques are excellent and he will make you a better boxer very quickly. Highly recommend you book in with him. Will be back very soon.

  Love the set up of this place. Trained in other boxing gyms before and been training with Russ for 4 years but this is a step up. Quality equipment and coaching. Whether you're looking for strength and conditioning, boxing, MMA, 1 to 1 or group sessions look no further.

  I attended the official opening of this gym last week and was not disappointed! All disciplines of MMA and strength and conditioning covered on split levels with industry leading equipment (Dollamur mats, Ringside bags, Fairtex pads, Concept 2 skiing machine etc). All in all a first class facility where I was made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
