Great place for beginners or higher. Came in as a beginner and felt welcomed right away. You don’t even have to buy your own equipment. You can borrow their’s until you’re ready to get your own stuff. Class can seem intimating at first (female here) but that quickly fades. The warm up’s can be tough and I strongly believe if you change nothing and just come here couple times a week, you will loose weight. There’s really good people here. I never felt judged. There’s also no strange clicks here, advanced people are just as humble as beginners and will take time to teach you better skills. Easy to get along with as everyone is friendly. Instructors Franco, his wife and Jordan are extremely knowledge and patient. You want to feel like family, come here. What a gem!

Been coming here for about 4years and have no complaints. Great workouts and great instructor. Franco will help you get in shape and offer advise for any other problem you may have. Great with kids and just a great atmosphere. Good for beginners and experienced fighters doing muay thai or MMA.

I have been going for over a year now and I can't explain how much I love this gym. Franco is a fantastic instructor and has helped me with weight issues and mental toughness and has kept me motivated to get better and better and on top of all that all of his elite students are great also helping others to get better. I would recommend the fight farm to anyone that is interested in mixed martial arts period.

If you want to become a fighter, get fit, or even just find a hobby, you need to come to this gym. Coach Franco is the best! I’ve been to several gyms, and no one compares. He is attentive, and knowledgeable, and helps us push ourselves us to our max potential. You will drill, and train until the moves are second nature, and you’ll be all the better for it! Fight training is one of the best forms of training and no matter what your goal is, Franco will help get you there.
