Intercept is a great gym to train at. The environment is welcoming and it's a good place for those looking to improve their physical fitness while learning martial arts. Shout out to Danny, Anna, and Oscar for being amazing instructors that are patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. 100% recommend this gym for anyone looking to start their martial arts journey in an encouraging environment.

Intercept MMA was the first gym experience for my wife and I. It's a very positive environment, the coaches and students there are all very friendly and make sure you feel comfortable and understand the programs. They have active fighters there that train/coach regularly and offer valuable knowledge/techniques during/outside of class. There are also kids classes where they learn more than just martial arts, the coaches teach them respect, control, and proper gym etiquette while on the mats. Everyone is like a big happy family there, everyone helps out and communicates even after the class is over. It really opens your eyes about Mixed Martial Arts, I can only hope to find a gym like this when we move out of state. Special shout out to Danny, Anna, Natalie and Farfan! Great classes and brutal conditioning. Thank you for all the lessons! PS: Got our first white belts! Hard work!
