After nearly 5 years with Bteam, life and other sports had to make us break ties. I cannot thank Andrew, Jackie and Gabe for everything they have done. I highly recommend Bteam cor any parents on the ropes about signing thier kids up for BJJ

The B-Team NJ is an amazing environment to learn jiu jitsu from world class and highly competitive instructors. There are tons of classes every day of the week for you to choose from and figure out what fits best for your schedule. As a no gi primary academy, you will learn all the necessary techniques from a complete beginner all the way to an experienced practitioner. It truly is a fun and welcoming environment with a great group of individuals on the mat for every class. Not only will you learn jiu jitsu, get sweaty, and grapple on the ground, but you will also make friendships to keep you coming back to class. Highly recommend The B-Team NJ as your primary BJJ gym or even just to stop by for a drop in class!

I cannot recommend this BJJ gym enough! From the moment I stepped foot in the door, I knew I had found a special place. The gym not only offers top-notch training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but it also boasts a fantastic and empowering women's community. What sets this gym apart is its strong women's community. The gym actively encourages and supports female practitioners, creating a space where women can thrive in a traditionally male-dominated sport. The camaraderie among the women is truly inspiring. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you will find a supportive network of like-minded individuals who are eager to help you grow. Additionally, the facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with top-of-the-line training equipment. The gym also provides ample space for open mat sessions, allowing students to practice and refine their skills outside of structured classes. I must also mention the sense of community that extends beyond the training mats. The gym organizes regular social events and seminars, fostering a strong sense of belonging and friendship among its members. It truly feels like a second home where you can connect with people who share your passion for BJJ.

I've been to quite a few BJJ schools in my time. This is one I heartily recommend! The quality of instruction is excellent, I like the structure of their classes, and (to me, most importantly by far) the members are friendly. I'd like to single out their women's program, which has impressed female friends of mine!

My kids have both taken classes and the staff is great working with kids. They really take the time to work with each kid and help them improve. A great way to get exercise as well
