I have been going here for a little over a month now and every time I go I’m very excited and leave very happy. Al is a great instructor and everyone is very nice and supportive. I learn new things in every class. Also never do cardio and have been strength training for 10 years and this has definitely helped with that in the most fun way.

Alex Wilkie changes lives. He’s created a community that is very supportive and respectful to the art. With barely any experience, I was able to jump in and learn quickly with everyone’s support. Stepping out of your comfort zone is never easy but it’s great knowing you have brothers and sisters beside you.

Amazing place for people of all ages, from beginners to advanced learners. We’ve been blown away by the amazing and caring staff. Highly recommend for anyone, especially with school age children suffering from lack of confidence. So thankful we found you!

Great for every age, body type, mind set, skill level (most importantly beginners!). Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Whether you want to take you time and learn, or push yourself to the max, this is the place for you. Changed my life for ever, I will never stop training here. Big Al is an absolute legend and all around great man. 11/10 recommend ❤️🧡💛🖤
