Great group of guys! Dropped in at Team Jucao Newark last night and had a blast. I’d recommend paying them a visit if you are ever in Newark. Excellent instruction!

It's hard to find a place where the instructor is truly passionate about what he does and professor Vinny is 100% dedicated to making sure we excel not only in the mats but our person lives. I heard about this gym through a friend and don't regret joining. The team itself welcomes you like family. Great place to release stress!
