  It's hard to find a place where the instructor is truly passionate about what he does and professor Vinny is 100% dedicated to making sure we excel not only in the mats but our person lives. I heard about this gym through a friend and don't regret joining. The team itself welcomes you like family. Great place to release stress!

  I can't say enough about the great instruction from one of the world's top competitors. I've know professor for over a decade, he's definitely the best around. Check this place out!
