  My son joined the DNA family about 6 months ago. Instantly welcomed by everyone. Kids, parents, coaches made us feel like we’d been there for years. We have noticed a big improvement in our son’s skill, focus, confidence, and self esteem! Highly recommend signing up for anyone looking for a dojo that teaches more than just techniques. A big bonus is our son is starting to get positive results in his tournaments.

  My 7 year old daughter has been training at Team DNA BJJ since the spring and I can’t say enough good things about the experience we've been having. From the moment I signed her up, Professor Dainis and Professor Sarah welcomed us warmly into the Team DNA family. When my daughter first started, she was shy and unsure of herself, but the coaches greeted her with so much patience, warmth, and encouragement that she quickly found her confidence. Watching her grow, not just in skill, but in self-belief has been amazing. She’s learning discipline, respect, and how to handle challenges with a smile. The coaches truly care about every child on the mat, and it shows in the way they teach and interact with them. I was so pleased with the progress my daughter was making, that I decided to join myself and I must say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The atmosphere is positive and respectful, with a real sense of community. Everyone trains hard, but also looks out for each other, making it the perfect place to learn and grow both physically and mentally. I’ve noticed huge improvements in my fitness, confidence, and discipline since joining. I’m so grateful for the positive impact Team DNA has had on us. It’s more than just another BJJ gym, it feels more like being apart of a family.

  Both my daughter and I train at DNA, which has proven to be one of the most outstanding communities I have ever encountered. Professors Dainis and Sarah, along with their dedicated coaching staff, have demonstrated remarkable warmth and patience as we both embark on our journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The sense of community at DNA is genuinely inspiring. Each class is characterized by encouragement, respect, and mutual support. It is rare to encounter a gym environment where students of varying skill levels feel equally included and inspired to pursue their goals within the same class. I am profoundly grateful for the positive influence that Team DNA has had on us. This experience transcends that of a typical BJJ gym; it truly feels like being part of a family.

  Our son joined the DNA family about 6 months ago. We as a family were instantly welcomed both on and off the mats. Our son has been greeted very well on the mats with kids and coaches. The atmosphere for learning and training is incredible. Top notch knowledge of jiu jitsu. Dedicated family of coaches, kids and parents for the journey through learning the martial art and experiencing tournaments. Fantastic team!
