Dropped in to a 12:00pm NoGi session while traveling and had an awesome experience. Tim and the entire crew were incredibly warm and welcoming. The training was fast paced and valuable and the rounds were all very tough and technical. Lots of upper belts on the mats which can be hard to find. Facility was clean and there were showers and a locker room on site. Will definitely return next time I'm in PA!

Amazing gym that is run by a very knowledgeable, experienced, and detail oriented instructor. I’ve been to 4 other Jiu Jitsu schools and the way Zach structures class is phenomenal. No wasting time. Good training on the feet, on the ground, fun submissions, and hard rolls. The schedule is very convenient as well. I look forward to spending half my week here for the foreseeable future.

This gym is amazing and ran by a professional. Zach keeps the place clean and kept up well and is a devoted trainer. At the end of the day, improvement is on you, but if you show up every session you can, Zach will ensure you get the best training.

Great location to go to even if you are new to BJJ, very clean facility and coaching staff is very helpful. Other members are friendly and respectful, cannot recommend enough!

I’ve trained with Coach Zach for 6 months now and he truly is an amazing coach! Great teacher, gets the best out of his students, always open for asking questions, all while maintaining a safe environment for both new and experienced students! 10/10 would highly recommend!

I've rolled with Zack (and gotten smashed) at other open mats enough times to know I had to check out his gym. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. The facility itself is clean, with nice bathrooms and multiple showers. I attended an advanced class that kicked off with smooth, positional warm-ups, transitioned into open-ended positional drills, and finished with tough rolls. Both the instructors and students were highly skilled and very welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by to train with Zack and his team!

Absolutely a phenomenal training environment by a great professor! I travel for work and Team Cobra welcomed me with open arms! A great school who maintains the core of jiu jitsu. Great training, safe environment, and a clean facility. Hope to come back to the area to get some more time on the mats with the team. Thank you for allowing me to drop in! Keep up the great work!
