Cia Paulista Sacramento, led by Professor André Glodzinski, is an outstanding jiu jitsu academy that truly embodies the essence of knowledge, community, and excellence. André is an exceptional instructor, a highly skilled and well-decorated black belt who not only teaches high-level techniques but also fosters a family-like atmosphere within his school.
He genuinely cares about his students, providing individualized attention and expert guidance for all levels, from beginners to professional athletes. Whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time or preparing for high-level competition, Cia Paulista Sacramento is the place to be. The environment is welcoming, supportive, and deeply rooted in strong jiu jitsu fundamentals.
I highly recommend Cia Paulista Sacramento to anyone looking for a solid training experience in a team that values growth, respect, and camaraderie. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to check them out! Oss
Kids have been with this school for a few months. Safety first! The kids are having fun and learning about themselves and the sport.
Update after more than a year: Still 5 stars! Kids are having fun and they enjoy their time on the mat.

I visited this gym when I was in town. The instructors were welcoming, the classes were challenging, and I learned a lot when I was here.
Amazing jiu jitsu school, would highly recommend to anyone starting out or experienced. They treat you like family, always willing to help you learn and teach you technique. It's nice to have encouragement and have someone always want you to get better. Will keep training at this gym and stick with jiu jitsu.
Highly recommend again, the best gym to train.

I highly recommend training at Cia Paulista and am honored to have trained there for over four years! Sensei Andre, Chris, and Nick are highly proficient and were great training partners.
Andrea is a wonderful instructor my daughter has been going there for couple months now. His wife is really cool too. Andre is always welcoming. Good with chicken.

I was a drop in student in a 7am class while visiting Sacramento. I received a warm welcome and great technical training. The collective proficiency and the friendly atmosphere make this a great place to learn and train. If I lived in Sacramento, I would train with Team Cia Paulista.
Met Andre at many BJJ tournaments throughout the years, and his energy always made him stand out from the crowd, as a competitor, as a coach and as a referee.
Finally got to train with him this year, and man was I blown away by his technique and his high level teaching! I'm a black belt my self, and not easily impressed anymore, but I've learned more from him in a day than from others in a whole year.
He really runs a tight ship at his Team Andre Cia Paulista Sacramento location, no BS, yet still fun and easy going environment to learn in.
Not much more to say, other then this guy is the real deal!
