  My children are in the tiny tigers and tigers classes. The sessions are really well organised and teach a great range of martial arts. The teachers enforce discipline and manners. My kids have come so far in this programme. The older students are involved in the session it’s a great community feel. Highly recommend!!

  Just did Self-defence for Mothers and Daughters - my first time at Synergy. Excellent course, thoughtfully pitched for our particular group. Bronnie and Craig and their team know exactly what they are doing and are excellent teachers.

  Clear and helpful communicators - Bronnie and Craig ran a practical, well designed and delivered one-off session for our group.
