Probably the best boxing gym in Derby. My second home pretty much, and I've been training here for almost 4 years now consistently...

Both Nathan and Dan are awesome. Training is adapted to individuals and their goals. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to either improve fitness, lose weight, build self confidence or actually wants to fight. Kids love it.
