Posted 8 months agoMy kids ages 10 and 11 just started MMA 3 weeks ago and all I can say it feels like family. The coaches are amazing. Their dedication and love for the sport is beyond words and it really shows when they teach. I recommend this for all ages and even adults. My husband has also joined the team!!!
Posted 7 months agoThey have 4 black belt instructors. So they always have a black belt on the mat teaching both the adults and kids classes. Tons of mat space and clean facilities. Positive environment for all levels from beginners to fighters. They teach all sides of jiu jitsu; competition gi and no gi, self defense and MMA. I would highly recommend
Posted 1 year agoAwesome place to come back to the disciplined life of jiujitsu. This place is a great spot to train, the coaches are really good and pay close attention to everyone in class. I specially like that they design classes based on your question or areas you want to work on. Whether you are trying it for the first time, trying to get back in shape ir come back to the sport, this is the perfect spot to hit the mitts.
Posted 1 year agoWe absolutely love the amazing, caring, and experienced staff at SouthSide MMA! Our son has a blast every time he goes there. If your kiddo is interested in MMA, I highly recommend bringing them here! It’s a great place!
