Great place to train. Great owners, very hospitable and accommodating. Was visiting from out of town and was invited with open arms...

I have been here about 5 years and yeah it's an amazing team and teaches me from right and wrong. We treat each other like family. I couldn't ask for better.

I was only able to take an introductory class in kickboxing, but the instructor was very knowledgeable, and patient.
