My daughter attended South Sefton Ju Jitsu & Kobudo for several years. Something I didn’t think she would ever stick at; she proved me wrong! She gained so much confidence attending the classes along with a lot of self discipline, which has helped her through senior school years. Peter is an amazing tutor and is very fair with the children, whilst being a kind and compassionate friend. Although classes were hard work there were also lots of laughs as the classes were made enjoyable and social. I would highly recommend South Sefton Ju Jitsu & Kobudo to anyone looking to enrol their child in this sport. Well done Peter and the team 👏🏻
Posted 3 years agoRecommended! My son has been going to Jujitsu and Kobudo since May. He's enjoying and likes the class. Peter and his group are professional, though one sensei was a bit strict with my son and once I talked with Peter; he kindly tried to sort it out. Peter always reply to the messages immediately and is very helpful and supportive. If I gave 4 stars from 5 just because I think is almost expensive and my son got upset from a sensei. In general I'm happy with this Academy.
Posted 2 years agoOur Son has been attending SSJJKA since he was 4 years old. He is now 8 and two tabs away from hia jnr black belt. He has grown in confidence, made great friends and loves attending classes. Sensei Peter has been fantastic and we would highly recommend the club.
Posted 2 years agoThe club is a positive place to be. My son trains 3 times a week and I cannot praise them enough. He enjoys every aspect and has been able to grow and achieve with the wonderful support of Peter and all the Sensei's. Learning lifelong skills making friends and feeling like they belong to a martial arts family were everyone is aaccepted. Cannot praise the club enough if you dont believe me go see for yourselves!!!!
Posted 2 years agoSSJJKA is a brilliant club and highly recommended by myself and my wife. We joined together a number of years ago and have so far reached black belt level. Sensei Peter is a great teacher and makes you feel welcome and at ease - as do the other senseis, who freely share their knowledge to help you along. Get yourself to a class and give it a go --- Chris & Shell
