Some gyms you visit. Sol Grappling is one you don’t want to leave. I’ve trained at a fair few places and this one stands out. The coaching is technical without being overcomplicated and you come away from every session with something you can use straight away. Feels rare to find a room where complete beginners feel comfortable and experienced grapplers still get exactly what they’re looking for. Everyone trains hard but people look after each other too. No weird egos, no cliques, just a really good group of people. If this is what Sol Grappling is like at the very beginning, I can’t wait to see what it becomes over the next few years. Geneva has something pretty special here.

I've had a fantastic experience at Sol Grappling Club. The coaching is excellent (technical, patient and supportive) and the instructors genuinely care about helping everyone improve, whatever their experience level. What is really unique for me is the welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and respectful, making it a great place to train consistently and enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The classes are well organised, the level of instruction is high, and there's a real sense of community. I'd highly recommend Sol Grappling Club to anyone looking for a great BJJ gym in Geneva.
