We enrolled our boys in jiu jitsu to help them build self-defense skills and develop discipline. Choosing this academy was one of the best decisions we’ve made—they’ve grown so much, both on and off the mat, and have formed incredible friendships along the way. The professors and coaches are not only professional but genuinely kind and supportive. We plan to stick around for as long as our kids are up for it—until they say, “no more,” we’re all in.

At first my son was a little shy, but the level of patience and dedication Professor Arlan and all coaches have with all the kids is phenomenal, the energy is great. Happy to be apart of the SOCA BJJ Lemon Grove family.

We are so happy to have found this bjj academy here in Lemon Grove. Professor Arlan and the coaches are very welcoming, very patient with kids and very inspiring. We always enjoy watching our kids train. We appreciate everything. P.S. Ms. Marissa is also awesome! :)

Just wanted to say it's never to late to start your bjj journey. At Soca, Professor Alan and Professor Don will get you where you want to be with their patient and structure courses for kids and adults. Best decision I've made to start my journey with Soca bjj.

My daughter loves her Jiu- Jitsu class! The professor and coaches are amazing! We’d definitely recommend it!
