Pretty much everything you’d want in a gym - staff are friendly, funny and always make an effort to make beginners feel welcome, and make the exercises easy to understand and fun. Other gym members are also very welcoming. Would recommend.

The most beautiful thing about this gym is the incredible sense of community and inclusivity. Everybody was so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, from the staff to the students. Never have I experienced a space where people from such diverse places come together despite differences in gender, age, nationality, religion and social status. Muay Thai is perfect for anybody at any fitness level and age. Not only does it strengthen your body, cardiovascular system, increases your hip mobility, makes you have strong core muscles and makes you gain solid balance but it will also make you develop super fast reflexes and improve your focus and mental clarity.

Love this place. Everything about the gym is brilliant, it's an old school gym. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you step through the doors. You become part of the Wicker Camp family. The instructors are fantastic. Mick & Trix, the owners, are something else. You would be hard pressed to find nicer people. There's people of all ages, nationalities & backgrounds. What a wonderful place to come & learn the beautiful art of Muai Thai 💚💚💚
