  Joined the 8 week beginners MMA class, which was a success for me as I have no experience whatsoever with MMA and getting shown the break down of striking, grappling, kicking. Was great fun very challenging and rewarding! Great friendly atmosphere with zero egos everyone was offering to help you at all levels! Would definitely recommend for anyone considering starting 🫡

  Been training at Sekkyoku now for a few months and just completed the beginners course. I can't rate or recommend it highly enough, great coaches and great people to train with. Made to feel welcome from day one and have learned so much. My son attends the juniors classes and absolutely loves it too, Iv seen a massive improvement in his confidence and attention in everyday life from he's started these classes. Great facilities and very clean aswel, 10/10.

  I started during one of the beginners courses and couldn't recommend enough everyone is very welcoming and the course was brilliant excellent introduction to MMA no matter what skill level you are coming in with.

  Contacted colly few weeks back about k1 classes tonight was my first time an I have to say was very friendly an great training not often you feel.that at home on first night at a new club I'd recommend to anyone . A1 cheers Paul.

  Has to be my favourite place to train when I'm in Banbridge, the coaches are excellent and highly skilled! The members are great and all willing to help you learn! Thanks for the warm welcoming and great training! Great facilities with ample parking too!! A+++++
