  A great club with dedicated coaches for children, teens, and adults. You can join the adult group at any time, with or without prior experience. Trial sessions are naturally available. In addition to the training groups, the club offers participation, excursions, and celebrations. Highly recommended.

  A very friendly club with competent children's coaches. My children (6 & 8 years old) have only been participating for a few months and have already significantly improved their physical skills and concentration. I'm now tempted to go for a trial session myself.

  My children have been training in the beginners' group for a while now and have a lot of fun every time! They're improving their motor and coordination skills while also developing their social skills (approaching others, listening, consideration, etc.). Parents are welcome to come and watch the training sessions anytime. I've even started training in the adult group myself (everyone at their own pace!) and feel very welcome :)

  Fantastic club! My daughter loves going to training, and I've rarely seen such a wonderful sense of community. In addition to their expertise, I want to emphasize that I always feel completely comfortable letting my daughter train there. Everyone is truly dedicated. I'm impressed with how my daughter has developed so far; she's always thoroughly exhausted, but her movement and posture have improved significantly. 👍🏻
