The training is superbly designed! The focus is on each child's individual needs and the training is tailored to their current skill level. Furthermore, the training incorporates real-life situations and emphasizes respectful interaction, which I find excellent.

Abwechslungsreiches Training gemischt mit Humor und Schlagkraft ist die perfekte Mischung für langfristigen Spaß am gemeinschaftlich trainieren im Verein. Egal welches Alters oder zu welcher sportlichen Richtung man zugeneigt ist, hier ist für jeden etwas dabei.

My two boys go to training. One is in junior training, the other in youth training. They're both absolutely thrilled! My older son is even allowed to participate in some of the adult training sessions. It's fitness, assertiveness, self-defense, and martial arts. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
