    Best school ever! New to the sport and they make you feel welcomed and at ease. The foundations class of very beginner friendly. The coaches are great at breaking down all the techniques to ensure everyone grasp it. All the coaches are all very friendly and great at instructing. They ensure everyone is being safe so no injuries occur. My son is also in their classes and he absolutely loves it! I highly recommend this school looking to start the sport or even to switch schools!

    The coaches and programs at SBG are exceptional. They hold high expectations for students from day 1. At the same time, they balance the firm and consistent expectations with genuine care and warmth. My son has gained confidence and skill because the coaches are such quality educators - providing clear instruction, opportunities for practice, and precise feedback.     SBG New Braunfels provides the perfect environment for anyone looking to train BJJ. The open atmosphere is conducive to children and adults, beginners who are interested in self defense training or BJJ and experienced individuals looking to continue their training. They have a developed curriculum for children focused on life skills and BJJ techniques, aimed at producing well rounded children both on and off the mats. They have a variety of classes specializing in kickboxing, yoga, and weight training. One of the highlights of this gym is its ladies only class / open mat! My family started our BJJ journey in this gym over 2 years ago. We love our SBG family. We cannot recommend SBG New Braunfels enough!

    My 9 year old son and I started training here in mid March and both absolutely love it. I see the confidence growth in my son and myself as well. All classes are very detailed and fun to be a part of for everyone from beginner to advanced levels. Will always highly recommend SBGNB.

    My son has been coming to SBG New Braunfels for about a year now and he loves it. The kids program is fun but technical. I would recommend this gym to anyone that wants their child to learn Jujitsu. This is the place.
