Calm before the Storm

I had am excellent experience and enjoyed sparring with some classmates for the day. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, insightful, and I would definitely recommend this school for anyone wanting to learn Jiu Jitsu. They also have a full workout facility and offer boxing, and other disciplines for some one interested in training to fight.

Brought my son to Coach Terry to help mold my son to bring out the best in himself as a youth athlete. Absolutely strong mental and physical attitude my son has picked up in a few short months is very noticeable. Training in jujitsu and boxing at age 6. No non sense straight to the point.

We have visited a few other gyms and we’ve found SAS Cleveland has the best BJJ Kids competition team around, by far!! Ray has taken our son to the next level in competing. We are very pleased with what all our son has achieved while training at SAS Cleveland. Highly recommend SAS Cleveland!

I can’t say enough great things about this academy. My son and I both train with the kids and adult teams and the discipline, confidence, and physical changes we have gained are priceless. The head instructors for both the kids and adult teams have a vast wealth of knowledge and invested interest when it comes to jiu jitsu. You won’t find a comparable academy in the area.

Tom Koz is a top-tier instructor and a hell of a nice guy. Ray does an excellent job running the gym, personal training, and kids program, which is probably the best and most accomplished in the state.
