Sambo Nation Fort Worth offers an exceptional training environment that has significantly enhanced my fitness and martial arts skills. The intense training sessions effectively target the core and legs, contributing to noticeable strength gains and weight loss. The daily sparring opportunities, including two-hour open mat sessions on Sundays and structured classes with sparring on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, have been instrumental in developing muscle memory and practical application of techniques. A standout aspect is training under Taylor Weber, a distinguished instructor and active competitor. At just 23, Taylor is a 3-time Sport Sambo and 1-time Combat Sambo U.S. National Champion, a 2-time Sambo Pan American Champion, a Judo black belt, and a BJJ blue belt. His firsthand experience, including a match against UFC contender Merab Dvalishvili, enriches the learning experience. Taylor’s no-nonsense teaching approach, combined with his profound wisdom and insight, fosters an environment of discipline and growth. The facility’s commitment to comprehensive training, from intense workouts to consistent sparring, makes it an ideal place for anyone serious about advancing in Sambo and overall fitness.

Spoke to this gym about getting my little girl enrolled and recieved a message back from Mr. Weber to bring her by. 1st thing he was early to male sure all paperwork was done and immediately started class on time. 2nd. My kiddo has squirel brain at times and not once did she spaceout. He kepted her engaged and when she started to space out he reeled her back in. 3. Lots of repetition and very easy to understand. Even for an old guy like me. 4th. As soon as she was done with class she yelled dad can we come back! She was actually tired and went to bed which is unheard of. 5th Has not stopped talking about her class. In summary. Mr. Weber is an awesome instruxtor with any kid even if yours is a space cadet. Wr have officially signed her up. Guess they are goibg to start gracie bjj a from what i have heard from other parents the gracies have a great anti bully program.
