I moved to Macon over 5 years ago for an internship but stayed because of this gym. Trained at multiple gyms but none have compared to the community and coaching at Rush. Nothing compares. This is my family and home now. Come check us out!

I’ve continue to come here probably over 10years, never got boring , I’m thankful for the coaches and friends I’ve met here , the experiences I continue to have that improve me mentally, physically, and spiritually as a martial artist and individual, I love it here , it’s my favorite part of the day.

I started taking Muay Thai at Rush a year ago after wanting to try martial arts for years, and not doing so because I had a perception that there may be egos or that I would just be paying for a belt. This gym is fantastic and feels very much like a community and team. The coaches are fantastic and will challenge you as much as you allow yourself to be challenged. This gym has completely changed my perception of gyms and fitness in general.

Great culture. Great atmosphere. Reasonably priced. The instructors, staff, and ownership have done an amazing job in crafting a community environment. They offer several different classes specific to age range, experience level, and area of focus to assist in furthering your personal goals. Can't say enough good things about this gym.
