We couldn’t have chosen a better place for my son. Ruffnecks is much more than a jiu-jitsu academy. The entire team supports, encourages, and helps him grow every day, both on and off the mats. It’s amazing to see the care, dedication, and confidence they instill in him, motivating him to keep improving and pushing his limits. I’m sure he will go far with such committed and inspiring coaches by his side. We are truly grateful for all the support and guidance they provide!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥋💙

Our whole family has absolutely fallen in love with BJJ at Ruffnecks. My husband, our three kids, and I all train here, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made as a family. My daughter, who used to be very shy and a bit of a pushover, has grown so much in confidence. She loves every single session and walks out feeling proud of herself. Our boys have learned how to use their energy in such a positive way, in a safe and structured environment. The discipline it teaches them has been incredible and we’ve seen such a difference both on and off the mats. What makes Ruffnecks truly special is the people. Richie and Claire are amazing coaches. They are patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed, no matter your age or experience level. Their support means so much and makes training feel fun and motivating. The community at Ruffnecks is just as amazing. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and always happy to help each other. It really feels like a BJJ family and it’s something we all look forward to every week. We love that we’ve found something our entire family can bond over, grow with, and enjoy together. We honestly couldn’t recommend Ruffnecks BJJ enough, especially for families. 💙🥋

A great team with a very welcoming culture and some great skills on the mats. I would encourage anyone to go, whether you're a local looking to get into BJJ or just visiting the area and want to get some training in.

My boy enjoys the atmosphere, training and the techniques he goes through on a daily basis. If you looking for a club that supports your kid all the way this is the one!!

Ruffnecks has become a big part of our family life with an amazing range of classes and such a warm family atmosphere. Myself, my husband and my 5 year old son all attend classes weekly and we all thoroughly enjoy it. The expert coaches delivered excellent lessons for people of all ability and I personally have loved learning a new sport. Would recommend them to everyone!

Great jiu-jitsu school. Our daughter started in September and really enjoys her weekly classes. Claire and Richie are both very welcoming and there’s a lovely community feel to Ruffnecks.
