One of the best decisions I've made was joining this gym! Fun, friendly atmosphere that caters for complete beginners up to experienced competitive grapplers. A great chance to join a team environment but progress at your own pace. Roger and Paul are two very experienced coaches who make Royal Grappling Academy a fantastic place to train. Highly recommend

Great place to train with an amazing atmosphere, and awesome teammates. Both coaches Paul and Roger have extensive grappling and BJJ knowledge, and experience. I felt right at home since my first class, which is the reason I why I kept coming back here even though I moved further away from the academy. RGA is perfect for beginners just looking to get fit, or for someone advanced wanting to compete. Would definitely recommend.

I've trained with RGA for a little under a year after moving from Cork and these guys are the number one reason I settled in a new city quickly. Fantastic coaches. Classes 7 days a week morning and evening, kids and ladies only. Great culture from the upper belts down. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere, everyone shook my hand and introduced themselves on my first day. Beautiful clean facility. And they've brought in some of the biggest BJJ names for seminars regularly.

BJJ is a fantastic sport and RGA is the perfect place to learn it. Roger and Paul are excellent coaches, they know their stuff and explain concepts very clearly. A competitive but friendly atmosphere on the mats suits all levels from the novice to the more seasoned grappler, and means there is something for everyone here. I've been training here for about 18 months but wish I had taken up BJJ long before that. Keeps you fit, trim and works every muscle. I'd highly recommend this club.
