Rochester Family Martial Arts is dedicated to teaching the arts of Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We are certified through the UTF and the GTA and focus on self-defense, while also embracing friendly competition.
A wonderful family oriented place to teach young kids and adults the fundamentals of karate and taekwondo. The staff is wonderful and helpful.

Best place in town! Paul and Tracey keep the place clean and disinfected. Positive encouraging atmosphere. Self defense and exercise for people of all ages! Highly recommend!!!😊
